职位职责
- Work as bridge engineer in providing Unisys product customization / migration /maintenance services to the Japanese client
- Requirements gathering from end users
Designs, develops and tests in outsourcing business model
- Works as a member of an engineering team developing, customization, migration and maintaining one or more of our products
- Responsible for the quality and completeness of assignments, including investigation tasks, design, development, bug fixing, quality engineering, documentation, and general product maintenance
- Resolves in-process problems independently, or with minor input from the project manager
- Lead other technical members of a distributed team to ensure successful implementation, deployments, and support of products on an on-going basis
- Provide product, requirement, and guidance technical to the distributed team
- Manage multiple products and projects, work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and possess a high level of flexibility

职位要求
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science / Information System / Software Engineering
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with J2EE framework and 5 years experience in J2EE software development
- Ability to interface with all levels in customer organization
- Excellent team player with professional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working with internal and external partners
