职位职责
- Lead the development team in providing Unisys product customization / migration / maintenance services to the Japanese client.
- Managing large scale offshore Software projects, work closely with clients to ensure successful execution of the project;
- Manage People & Team, conduct performance coaching to team members;
- Providing functional knowledge to support business processes, interpret the business/technical requirements to the project team.
- Support internal and external business development;
- Requirements gathering from end users.
- Preparation of check list on evaluation documents and requirements metrics for internal review.
- Coordination with Architects.
- Project planning, Scheduling, monitoring and execution.
- Periodic reporting to Sr.Project Manager on projects progress.
- Monitoring the quality aspects of the project.
- Handing over process of projects.
- Closing of all snags with in agreed time.

职位要求
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science / Information System / Software Engineering.
- Excellent Japanese communication skill. Over 3 years working experience in Japan and understand Japanese business culture and custom.
- Years of experience in Japanese offshore project
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Japanese IT offshore project
- Minimum 3 years of Japanese offshore project management experience
- Familiar with C / C++ / .NET / Java/Oracle / SQL Server / DB2 / HPUNIX / Solaris / AIX / Windows
- Strong project management knowledge in terms of CMM/CMMI, ISO or PMBOK etc.
- Knowledge and experience using various project management software packages.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to communicate with Multi-nations
- Well-developed leadership skills
- Analytical & conceptual skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Client relationship skills
