This position is responsible for delivering compliance service to the various business operations in China, ensuring effective compliance risk management controls and processes are in place to comply with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities：
-Responsible for ensuring the compliance with regulatory requirements & reporting
-Identify and report potential compliance violations and internal control weakness; and ensure timely resolution
-Provide training & education to staff on regulatory requirements and internal policy and procedures for the specific province
-Prepare and compile statutory reports and management reports to Shanghai headquarter

职位要求
-At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience
-Strong background/experience in reviewing and identifying weakness in compliance control processes, especially in the compliance/ audit/ accounting or legal professions
-Proactive, analytical, detail-minded, and creative problem solving abilities
-Strong interpersonal, oral and writing communication skills in both English and Chinese
-Degree holder preferably in Law, Accounting, Business Administration
-PC literate in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
-Strong background/experience in reviewing and identifying weakness in compliance control processes, especially in the compliance/ audit/ accounting or legal professions
