职位职责
Location:Tokyo
- Work with business customers to develop clear, understandable business requirements and specifications;
- Perform gap analysis business requirements and system;
- Transfer business requirements and gaps to off-site development team in Shanghai;
- Participate and oversight user acceptance testing;
- Join sales activities, help to build up client relationships.

职位要求
- Bachelor degree (prefer achieved in Japan) is required;
- Either native Japanese or excellent Japanese language skills;
- Proficiency in speaking and reading / writing English a must;
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in financial area (insurance, bank insurance) either in insurance company, consulting company or system integrator;
- Experience in large scale software development projects is a plus;
- Good collaboration-cooperation spirit and team management experience (preferred in multi-national teams);
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Interested to join sales & pre-sales activities, have sales mind.
