职位职责
A. Company Profile:
Our client is one of the biggest skincare brands in the world, their brand encompasses facial care, hair care, shaving, bathing/shower, body care, baby care and sun care products. Sold in some 150 countries, the products are trusted around the world, always in harmony with consumers' needs and wishes. Besides guaranteeing continuing high quality in individual products.
B. Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Strategy Development
- Support the development of an international Asian planning / Master data strategy based on local business know-how.
- Develop Chinese planning/master data concept based on “pull” principles in cooperation with the headquarter functions (standards, regulations and Corporate guidelines) and the local supply chain.
- Elaborate a global & progressive approach to implement Supply chain IT tools in line with local needs within Corporate guidelines
Supply Chain Planning implementation and maintenance
- Elaborate plans, procedures and measures to implement the global S&OP process and master data concept including a strong cooperation with MKT and Sales for forecasting (forecast accuracy fullfilment.. )
- Elaborate procedures to implement the inventory management ( ABC analysis, safety stock calculation, left over management, production rules …..)
- Handle promotions in line with Sales & Marketing requirements
- Steer and control the IT implementation (PP & APO(t.b.confirmed) modules)
- Initiate further development of the planning / master data concept based on operative results, changes in the environment and new general trends.
Operational Results
- Safeguard defined service level to customers while keeping inventory (components, semi finished goods and finished products) in volume and value as most important component of working capital at lowest possible level
- Safeguard the fulfillment of the targets
- Safeguard the elaboration of S&OP process, Master Production plan and coordinate given demands of finished goods
- Ensure that master data are available with consistency and correctness
- Elaborate solutions to solve bottlenecks and emergency cases.
-Safeguard the overview on IT tools for Chinese Supply chain
Personal Management
- Implement a superior planning / master data team in China.
- Recruit, lead, encourage and motivate his personnel in close cooperation with HR department
- Supervise the personal activities in his area.
- Collaborate with the headquarter and local supply chain in important personal decisions.
- Ensures the transfer of the BDF management approach as well as functional know-how to the local team

职位要求
Qualifications:
Master degree or bachelor degree
5 - 8 years relevant business experience in supply chain preferable in FMCG
Experiences/capabilities in working in a foreign environment (multinational group)
Background in supply chain planning
process minded and analytic skills
Clear customer and business orientation
Excellent balancing of leadership, team orientation and communication with other departments
Pro-active, adaptable and flexible
IT knowledge MS office, SC planning systems preferable SAP
