主要职责:
-制定年度设备能力改进计划,对设备改进过程负责
-设备维修
-临时组建多功能小组对主要项目的改进工作
-领导审核预防维修计划并评估完成效果
-参与对重要指标的管理
-对设备及备件供应商的质量跟踪和改进
-完善设备管理体系,对设备维护计划,实际运行体系效果负责
-跟踪和改善故障发生间隔时间
-现场改进的投资计划
-固定资产实物管理
-对现场设备重大故障、事故跟踪处理
-维修成本控制
-领导部门级QMS和EHS体系的改进,为所有部门级的QMS和EHS过程提供审核支持并报告预防和纠正措施
-对业务范围内的问题有权处理并向制造工程总监汇报
-对下属员工的指导和培养
-有对下属员工工作岗位调配建议权

Key Responsibility :
Prepare annual machine capability improvement plan, be responsible for machine improvement process
Equipment maintenance
Lead cross-functional improvement efforts on emissions critical features
Lead prevent maintain plan auditing and evaluate accomplish
Participate in management reviews of emissions critical features
Track and improve equipment and spare-part supplier quality performance
Improve machine management system;
be responsible for machine maintenance plan. And actual
Track and improve mean time between failure and Mean time to repair
Capital plan for improvement
Lead capital practicality management
Track and settle heavy field machine failures, and accidents
Repair cost control
Lead the QMS and EHS system improvement of departmental level and provide audit support for all the departmental level QMS and EHS process and report preventive and corrective measures
To deal with the function operation and report to M.E. Director.
