职位职责Job Responsibilities:
1.Build up Finance department
2.Establish the finance policy and accounting system in line with the local and corporate accounting policies and procedures.
3.Set up an accurate and efficient cost structure for products and all departments to the entire company
4.Implement cost control process through ERP/QAD system
5.Prepare Budget and monthly financial analysis
6.Treasury, taxes and internal control
7.Good pricing and project cost analyzing skill and provide necessary decision-making support
8.Train and develop finance staff
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
2.Minimum 5 years working experience in large multinational manufacturing companies with a leadership role in accounting and finance function.
3.Familiar in usage of ERP/QAD software applications
4.Used to work in finance ERP applications
5.Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and acting as a powerful team player
6.Good communication skill verbal and written, both in English and Mandarin
7.Should be experienced in the needed quality (Automotive) systems (i.e. ISO14001, QS9000, TS16949)
