职位职责Job Responsibilities:
1.Set up HR department
2.Establish the human resources and administration policies and systems in compliance with local law and Corporate regulations
3.Recruitment & selection, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee services and industrial relations.
4.Train and develop HR staff
5.Assure timely and correct payments for the employees
6.Responsible to examine performance of employees
7.Handle administration offers
8.Build up and improve administration systems
9.Set up and adjust the organizational structure
10.Work out training demands & planning
11.Participate in establishing long-term programming of the company
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2.Minimum 3 years working experience in large multinational manufacturing companies with a leadership role in Human Resources and Administration function.
3.Good interpersonal and negotiation skills and act as a powerful team player
4.Good communication skill verbal and written, both in English and Mandarin
5.Should be experienced in the needed (Automotive) quality systems (i.e. ISO14001, QS9000, TS16949)
6.Familiar with local labor law and regulations
7.Familiar with payment regulation
