职位职责1, SHE
Identify area hazard and make corrective and preventive action
Understand and complete all SHE requirement associated with the role to deliver excellent SHE performance
Take part in SHE audit
2, People management
Production daily task arrangement
Train and develop production technician to meet business needs
Set goals of production technicians and review their performance in timely manner
Recognize any achievement or apply discipline action according to company’s principle to production technicians
3, Quality assurance
Ensure quality for both semi-product and final prodcut
Help to investigate any non-conformed raw material, in-process product, final product
Reduce production variation, develop and review SOP to improve production stability
Take part in quality audit
4, Production:
Highlight any abnormal issues and coordinator trouble shooting/RCA to all production events in timely manner
Make/execute production plan according to sales forecast
Collect data to identify process and quality trend and provide possible solution
Improve productivity
5, Cost
Control production cost
Drive down daily operation cost
6, Support to marketing, sales, CS, etc
Review non-routine product request
Arrange production for non-routine product and new product trial
Qualification of lab Supervisor:
? Bachelor degree with major in engineering
? A minimum of 3 years experience as production supervisor
? Familiar with ISO9001 system
? Analytical skill for production issues
? Basic skill:
office application (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
basic English written and oral communication skills
? Others:
Systematic thinking skill
Diligent, honest, good communication and interpersonal skills
