Responsibilities工作职责
Management管理职责:
-To be responsible for the definition and implementation of job descriptions, working procedures, performance monitoring of his direct team负责定义并实施其直接团队的工作职责、工作程序以及绩效评估
-To motivate the staff调动员工积极性
-To supervise the employees in his direct team to abide by the national regulation and policy related to environment, health and safety self-consciously.督促其直接团队的员工自觉遵守国家与环境,健康及安全有关的法规政策。
Operation业务职责:
-To be responsible for conducting all site erection /supervision, commissioning and other site services for customers within time period and budget.负责在规定的时间和预算范围内,为客户提供现场安装/安装监督/调试以及其他现场服务。
-To request when necessary the support of other JV Company Departments for solving customer’s problems in time, especially for site failure investigations and problem solving.需要时要求合资公司各部门支持,及时帮助解决客户的问题,特别是现场故障调查及现场问题解决。
-To do the site training for customers.为客户做现场培训。
-To coordinate and solve the problems related to transformers during the whole period which including disassembly in factory, painting and packing, transportation, site erection and electric transmission. 协调解决变压器从工厂内拆卸后至油漆装箱、运输、现场安装直至送电后与变压器相关的事宜。
-To talk regularly to existing customers by phone or visits, to collect information on the long-term operational performance of our transformers and the ones supplied by our competitors for feeding the experience database.定期通过电话或走访联系现有客户,收集本公司变压器以及竞争对手变压器产品的长期运行情况,便于将这些信息输入相关资料数据库。
-To receive and count customer’s complaints and transmit it to the appropriate manager for investigation and answer (function to be attributed when preparation of Qaulity Manual and operating instructions).接受、统计客户投诉,反应至相关经理进行调查并给予客户答复(详则参考质量手册和作业指导书)。
-To develop personal contacts with major Customers.与主要用户发展联系。
-To train skilled staff.培训有经验的员工。
-To give all feedback to his immediate manager regarding the long term operational performance of our transformers for maintaining the experience database.向直接领导反馈公司生产的变压器产品的长期运行情况,便于将这些信息输入相关资料数据库。
-To give feed back to Technical and Sales Department of the long-term operational performance of the transformers supplied by competitors.向技术和销售部门反馈公司竞争对手变压器产品的长期运行情况。
-To organise and supervise the activities of the Erection & Commissioning Team组织和监督安装及调试队伍的工作。
-To be pro-active to satisfy Customers'request积极满足用户要求。
-All other reasonable duties requested by the immediate manager, Employee Handbook and JV Company Management.完成直接主管领导、合资公司管理层安排的其他合理工作或是员工手册规定的其他合理职责。
Requirements要求
-College graduate or above大专以上(含)
-Major in Electric Power / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering / Electric Engineering电力、电机或电气类专业
-With transformer experiences and minimum 2 years related site working experiences 具备变压器经验及两年以上现场工作经验
-Good English skills, communication skills and coordination skills英语良好,有良好的沟通、协调能力
-Site coordination skills具备现场协调能力
-management skill具备一定管理技能
-With the hard working spirit and the ability to adapt to the tough situation具备吃苦耐劳精神,能适应现场艰苦环境
